Returns

  • You may request a return within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition.

  • Certain products such as personal care items, customized products, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment or via bank transfer.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us with details and proof (images/video).

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
